Adequate Stay
fresh orange juice scrambled eggs plenty towels catastrophic noise suite size neighbors speaking
The breakfast offered plenty of options. I appreciated the fresh orange juice station. Scrambled eggs were delicious too.. plenty of towels were in the spa.
The room size in the suite was fine at 40 meters. The noise level proved catastrophic. I could hear neighbors speaking in the next room. Concerts on the first floor were easily heard too.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
fabulous decor cute staff comfortable room good breakfast
My friend and I adored the fabulous decor and the warm, cute staff. Our Superior Double or Twin Room was comfortable! It was perfectly dark at night, and the soundproofing kept outside noise to a minimum. Breakfast was good with a lovely selection of food. The shuttle bus made getting to the slopes easy! The hotel bar had amazing cocktails and a cozy fireplace. I will be back!

poor view broken mini-fridge
The room overlooked a service area. The view was not at all what i hoped for. also, the mini-fridge wasn't working properly it kept making this loud buzzing noise. i had to unplug it to get some peace. this was annoying considering i wanted to keep my drinks cold. i raised it with reception, but nothing happened.

Fantastic Stay and Service
fantastic food large bed excellent facilities
Food taste good. I enjoyed a bedroom that was comfort and with a big bed. The main bus stop was right outside, getting me to the ski lift tele-cabin easy. Town centre shops and restaurants were a short walk, a plus. I sat in sunshine by the jacuzzi after ski, very good. The hotel is excellent for adults and kids.
Superior room view was worse this year. The view was mostly the side of the building because it was recessed. I did not see much of the mountain. Soundproofing was an issue too. Music from the bar came into the room until late because I was on the first floor.
Rooms
9/10
Our room has two bedside tables and lamps. a desk with a chair, useful. The TV is a good size, and I watched movies on it after a long day. A mini-fridge was in my room and I used it.
Service
10/10
Staff responded fast when I asked for extra towels. The reception area is tidy. they helped with directions. I saw them assist other guests with taxis quickly. They always have a smile.

helpful staff really good service convenient shower poor view soundproofing issue noisy guests
The hotel staff was helpful. They showed flexibility about breakfast for extra guests. Staff let us use the facilities after skiing and checkout. The customer service was really good. Showers were available after biking after check out. This was convenient after a long day.
The balcony view in my room was not good. It faced the side of the building. I could not see the mountains. Soundproofing was an issue. Music from the bar came into the room until late at night. Guests above me were noisy early in the morning.
